About twenty four and the door

In April 2010 we bought a house in France.

It's one half of a old hotel that's been partially renovated, and so much bigger than we need. The roof leaks in the rain, and half of the house has neither electricity nor heating - but we kind of like it!

This follows our adventures as we renovate the house - with any luck, it'll be a story of cool design, great furniture, nice fabric, and really expensive power tools...
